– In March we will see a local election where hopeful candidates will be working hard to win. What will not change is that Mersin will remain a city of peace, friendship, and arts.
– By June, the airport is expected to be fully operational. As this airport will also be serving Adana, we can expect international flights from Europe and Middle East and Asia right away.
– Q3 2024 is the quarter the Nuclear Energy Plant in Akkuyu will be opening its tribune. This means more employment opportunities for both local and Russian speaking professionals.
– Q4 2024 is when economists are going to be expecting mortgage and loans will be open to individual buyers/investors. This means more demand from any type of investor, and if you had invested between December 2023 and March 2024, you would see an upside to your investment immediately.
– The motorway extension will be reaching Erdemli in Q4 2024. This is huge for lifting the weight off the D-400’s shoulders and reduce time of travel to the West by at least 15 minutes.
