Ayas is not just a seasonal holiday place, as The Akkuyu Nuclear plant employs over 10.000 expats living in the Mersin area. Mainly Russian residents are your potential neighbours or tenants.
In Ayas the Summer season is from Arpil 15 until 31 October of every year, therefore you will have plenty of time to spend here.
You could spend your day in for example Susanoglu, then on your way back home have an excellent dinner at Narlikuyu. If you are not satisfied by the Sultan Cove beach there are regular busses to Kizkalesi, Susanoglu and Yemiskumu.
Also a drive to the Silifke city centre is a great idea as the town is based on the fertile Goksu River.
