About 8 km to the north of the D-400 and the sea, this property has some homes around it however mostly undeveloped. Investment Potential
Although its being relatively close to the touristic settlements surrounding it, this area is quite rural at the moment. However, with the Cukurova Regional Airport opening soon, and the activation of the Nuclear plant in Akkuyu, this area will be booming. Because, the motorway coming from Adana to just before Erdemli is going to be extended to Ayas by 2025.
