The Location of Our Land Options

Our property is just up from the famous Narlikuyu Fish restaurants and the Heaven&Hell Caves. Belonging to the Silifke sub-province of Mersin, the land is in Kizilisali. About 8 km to the north of the D-400 and the sea, this property has some homes around it however mostly undeveloped. Narlikuyu is a great location for investment in agricultural land, due to the motorway extension’s direction passing from just North of this area.

Close to the nearest villages, our agricultural investment land option is just about 8 km away from the D-400 main road. The Kizkalesi and Susanoglu sand beaches are 10 and 12 km away respectively. Investment Potential

Although its being relatively close to the touristic settlements surrounding it, this area is quite rural at the moment. However, with the Cukurova Regional Airport opening soon, and the activation of the Nuclear plant in Akkuyu, this area will be booming. Because, the motorway coming from Adana to just before Erdemli is going to be extended to Ayas by 2025.
