This option is located on a full sea view hill. Access is possible from a locally well known holiday town #Susanoglu. Up the hill, about 9 km from the D-400 this property is on a newly developing street just of the main village road.

This option is just across the same street and has an area of 2.666,52 sqm. This means you have a few options to consider. As you will see below this land is lower in per sqm price than land one. In this area minimum plot size is 600 sqm. So this option can be divided to 4 plots of each 662 sqm. You can imagine, with this simple division each of your plots will grow in value immediately.
Land 1 is about 2.000 TL/sqm. Land 2 is about 1.594 TL/sqm. After the division each of the 666 sqm lands will move just above the 2.000 TL/sqm level.
