Important notes about 2025 regarding capital appreciation

  • Citizenship by Investment may not always be there, so acting before mid 2026 is recommended.
  • The Mersin-Antalya motorway is in its early stages. The later you act, the higher the prices may be.
  • Zoning plans are nearing completion in the Mezitli and Narlikuyu areas. Prices are more attractive before completion, no need to say.
