Investment in Mersin – Why?

Mersin is calling you! For many decades this beautiful Mediterranean coastline has stayed virgin compared to Antalya and Mugla. Nowadays, there are significant development signs showing Mersin will be the next Tourism Hub of Turkey. In the Cukurova region and inner Anatolia (Adana-Mersin) Mersin is the holiday place for 7 different metropolitan areas. Gaziantep, Adana, Kahramanmaras, Diyarbakir, Konya, Kayseri, and Ankara.

Valid reasons about Investment in Mersin

  • Cukurova Regional Airport is about to be operational (Q2-3 2024). This airport will be in Tarsus-Mersin, about 25 minutes to the centre of Mersin. Mersin will be more accessible for visitors from all over the World.
  • The current airport for the two large cities Adana and Mersin, is a domestic one. It has only a few direct flights just from Germany.
  • The existing airport is 90 minutes away to the Forum Shopping Centre, about 100 minutes to #Mezitli and about 140 minutes to Erdemli-Kizkalesi.
  • With the new international airport, visitors will avoid the flight via Istanbul, and access the area directly. The new airport will have extensive, and fast road connections. By 2026 the motorway extension towards Silifke will be in operation.
  • The travel time from the airport to Forum Shopping Centre will be reduced to 30 minutes, 35 minutes to Mezitli and 55 minutes to Erdemli-Kizkalesi by car.
  • Mersin is not just about new roads and an airport. On the coastline from Mezitli to Anamur there are plenty of beautiful valleys, ancient ruins, and intact castles. Also, about 109 km of sand beaches are ever so pleasing!

Prices and Investment value

Prices everywhere have shot up since the Covid-19 Pandemic; however, Mersin still remains as one of the most affordable coastal provinces on the #Mediterranean.

For instance, apartments on the sea cost about $400.000 to 1.500.000 in Antalya but Mersin’s seafront homes are ranging from $130.000 to $350.000. The room for growth is clear, and as we all know, in investment ‘You win when you are buying!’

You may be after a single home where you will live all year round or just during your holidays. If your land is large enough to develop 2-3 villas, our flipping model is exactly for you. We start building your villas on the land you have already bought, and as the construction reaches 30% completion level, we will start marketing the homes which you would like to sell. 

You pay 40% of the total construction cost in the beginning, and the rest will be paid in 7-10 instalments. As we give you a bargain turnkey price per sqm in the beginning, you will be selling your villa with about 40-45% profit. Overall you will profit greatly having had your home by MARE Investment. 

Apartment Blocks

You may be after building a project where you will sell all the units for profit. We are building for you from the start of the project. You pay 40% of the total construction amount and pay the rest in 10-12 months.

We will setup a sales office, brochures and advertise your property for you professionally and while you are paying your instalments.  A cash flow will be coming in and once we have sold all your units, you will have a healthy profit over your total spendings.

Commercial Properties

If you are after building your business in Mersin, we will develop your office, showroom, warehouse or factory for you. You will pay 50% of the total construction in advance and the rest in 6-10 months.

We have the workers team and professionals in place for all the projects you need. Agreements are made in Turkish Liras, and after the down payment the instalments will be fixed to Dollar/Euro/GBP/CHF.
