As you generate your 6-7% rental return, in about 5 to 10 years these buildings will most probably be redeveloped. Urban regeneration makes your old building get replaced by a brand new building and you will get a more valuable, brand new apartment. Anywhere between $50.000 to 100.000 there are many apartments like this in Mersin.
