Location and surroundings
Our option falls around the ‘Starting from $10.000’ claim, but first look at its location. To the east of the Goksu River Valley, Seyranlik is about 14 km to the North of the Silifke centre. As the roads are single file and because of the curvy climbs, it takes about 30 minutes to get to the property. Because of the descent though, return to Silifke is about 25 minutes.
You can access the fertile land via a forest road, which has recently got much better by the Forest Administration’s efforts. About 2 km on the forest road you need to take a right and follow the currently rough path. There are works ongoing for this path to get better too.

The land is 2.629 m2, consisting of 4 terraces, however two of these are almost the same level. So, let us say there are 3 levels. Main level is where you enter the property from the natural gate. Let us call this level A.
Level A’s area is about 1.540 sqm. Within this section, the upper level (about 10 cm higher), is about 1.080 m2. The lower level of this section is about 460 sqm.
We will call the lowest level B, and its area is 620 sqm.
We can name the highest section above level A, which is not yet levelled, Level C. Its area is 469 sqm and it is still natural and rocky. This creates privacy for the bargain agricultural land, and could remain the way it is.
