Construction of a building less than 500 sqm takes about 3-5 months, and we can start marketing your property while we are building it. Let us say the home will be 200 sqm. This costs almost $145.000. You will pay 40% up front and the rest in 5 instalments. We will probably be able to sell in the 3rd month of construction for about $400.000. Your gross profit will be about $105.000, after fees and taxes you can have a healthy 30-35% return on your investment in 3 months.
